Is my idea safe with you?▸
An NDA is signed before you send us anything, including on the free call. Your writer signs one too. We never use client work as a sample without written permission, which is why our published portfolio grows slowly — everything in it is there because the author said yes.
What if I hate the first chapters?▸
Tell us early — that's the whole reason chapters arrive on a fixed schedule instead of all at once. A stated number of rewrites per chapter is written into the agreement. If the writer fit is wrong, we reassign once at no extra cost within the first weeks.
Are you a publisher or a self-publishing service?▸
A self-publishing service, and we say so plainly. You own the ISBN, the copyright, and the retail accounts, and you keep 100% of royalties. Anyone in this category calling themselves a "publishing house" while charging you to publish is describing the same thing with a better word.
Can I just get printing, without the rest?▸
Yes. Bring a print-ready PDF and tell us your format, page count, and quantity, or start from a free template. Minimum order applies, a physical proof goes out before any run, and delivery is tracked to any US or UK address.
Why don't you discount?▸
Because a permanent discount banner tells you the list price was invented. Our rates are on this page, they're the same for everyone, and they don't move because you hesitated.
