At Jinnx Book Press, we are committed to delivering high-quality content and services to our clients. However, due to the nature of customized and creative work, refunds are subject to specific terms and conditions to protect the interests of both the client and the company.
This policy outlines the conditions under which a client may or may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds Based Only on Work Discrepancy
- Refunds may only be considered if the delivered work clearly and substantially fails to meet the documented and agreed-upon project requirements. In such cases:
- Clients must first allow Jinnx Book Press the opportunity to resolve the issue through revisions, rewriting, or reassignment.
- Only if the final output remains unsatisfactory after all revision options are exhausted, a partial refund may be discussed.
- Any refund processed will not exceed 40% of the total paid amount
Strictly no Refunds in the Following Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences such as tone, style, or voice (unless explicitly documented in the initial order).
- Delays or issues resulting from client-side non-cooperation, such as missing input, late responses, or unclear instructions.
- If the client publishes or uses the delivered work in any form.
- Minor errors such as grammar, formatting, or citation issues that can be addressed through revisions.
- Marketing and publishing services, if the client fails to provide necessary platform access (e.g., Amazon, social media) required for execution.
- Refund Claim Process
- All refund claims must be submitted in writing to our support team.
- Claims must include clear reasons and supporting evidence (e.g., original brief, version history, communication trail).
Refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of the Finance and Compliance Department after a detailed review.
Change of Mind Policy
At Jinnx Book Press, we take pride in delivering high-quality publishing services tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Once a project is initiated, we immediately dedicate time, resources, and specialized team members to ensure a seamless execution.
Therefore, please note that refunds will not be issued in cases where a client has a change of mind after services have begun.
This includes instances where a client reconsiders their publishing goals, delays the project for personal reasons, or decides to work with another service provider.
That said, our top priority remains your satisfaction.
To ensure you are fully happy with the outcome, we offer unlimited revisions within the agreed service scope, whether it’s editing, design, formatting, or consultation.
Our team is committed to working closely with you, refining and adjusting as needed until your expectations are met.

Charges backs & Dispute Policy
We encourage open and professional communication in case of any dispute. Initiating a chargeback without prior discussion with our team will void all rights to a refund. In such events, Jinnx Book Press reserves the right to:
- Block future services to the client.
- Pursue legal action to recover lost funds.
Report the incident to appropriate authorities and agencies.
Final Decision and Refund Limits
- The maximum refund amount is capped at 40% of the total order value.
- Refunds are not automatic and are only processed upon formal review.
- Refunds, if approved, may take up to 90 business days to reflect in your account.
